OVERVIEW
ANB is a universal commercial bank based in Riyadh catering for the diverse needs of its Corporate and Retail clients. It is among the top ten largest banks in the Middle East.

THE CHALLANGE
Enhancing the user experience and visual design of the ANB on iOS, Android and Web while with less work for the backend and frontend teams.

MY PROCESS
Research
I started by reviewing existing web experience of the ANB. After assessment of almost every flow, enhancement ideas were ready to be presented to stakeholders. After getting sign offs, visual designs began to be prepared.

SUMMARY AND LEARNINGS
•  Visual design of all platforms had taken about 6 months to complete. 
•  There had been many iterations with stakeholders within this 6 months both in terms of experience and visual design.
•  Challange of not affecting backend and frontend teams too much while achieving excellent quality.
•  It felt great to work with ANB team and be able lift up their digital experience to the next stage.​​​​​​​
