MY PROCESS
Research
In order to come up with innovative ideas for a new flying experience, I have benchmarked current mobile experience of the aviation industry in the market. Subsequently, I've prepared and presented an expert review for the existing experience of the Saudia mobile app.

SUMMARY AND LEARNINGS
•  The expert review process had taken about a month to complete to meet our presentation deadline. The stakeholders were pleased about almost every feature concept we had came up for them.
•  Planning design sprints which consist of 10 working days improved focus on the project.
•  The initial designs were completed in 4 months and other platform designs were being made in parallel.
•  Very happy to work such a great team like Saudia.​​​​​​​
